At Health First Snacks, we work hard to get your Aayu order to you quickly and safely.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Origin
All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Vista, California.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping across the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. We periodically offer free or discounted shipping on multi-pack bundles — any current promotions will be reflected at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
Weather & Handling
Because Aayu contains real dark chocolate, packages may be sensitive to heat during transit in warmer months. We recommend bringing your package inside promptly upon delivery. If your product arrives melted or damaged, please see our Refund Policy below — we'll make it right.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything on our end to ship promptly, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as carriers may experience delays beyond our control (weather, high shipping volume, etc.).
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, though we're happy to help however we can if this happens.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@healthfirstsnacks.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
